It is a practice that helps us learn how to cope effectively with life’s challenges. In today’s world, stressors affect your well-being and happiness and your families well-being and happiness. A crucial skill in managing stress effectively is to be able to deal with change whenever it occurs. Mindfulness is a skill anyone can learn that helps with attention, emotional regulation, self-compassion and empathy. During our 2-hour event participants will (learn) practice:
